According to a handout of Sindh Information Department, a terrorist organization had in a letter threatened to kill Sassi Paleejo and warned her to leave Karachi.
It said the Provincial Minister had informed about the threat in writing to the Chief Minister Sindh, Speaker Sindh Assembly and Home Minister.
Paleejo also held a meeting with the Sindh CM Qaim Ali Shah who has now ordered an inquiry into the matter.
